10 TOP TIPS TO BEAT CELLULITE

It’s a fact that around 90 per cent of post-adolescent women have the dreaded ‘orange peel-skin’ look. And before you think it just affects those overweight, cellulite is found on women of all shapes and sizes. There are a lot of reasons why cellulite is said to appear on your body including hormonal reasons, poor diet and lifestyle choices, age and genetic predisposition.

While each of these factors can play a role in cellulite formation, there is one common denominator to all of these factors - the accumulation of toxicity in your body. Cellulite tip 1: Keep hydrated

Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day to flush out any excess toxins that causes fluid retention. Poor hydration can prevent the body from effectively ridding itself of excess fat, sodium and other waste which in turn results in the body’s storage of fatty deposits beneath the skin. If you get fed up of drinking plain water, try herbal teas or adding slices of fruit to flavor it. Sticking to this regime can make your skin look plumper within seven days.
