BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

• $50 deposit for appointments up to 1 hour

• $100 deposit for appointments longer than 1 hour

As a small, appointment-based clinic, each booking reserves dedicated time with your therapist and resources within the clinic. When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to refill that time, which directly impacts our therapists’ wages and the operating costs of the business for the time that has been specifically allocated to you.

For this reason, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, allowing us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

• With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be held on file for a future booking or refunded, as preferred.

• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• If we are able to fill your appointment time, the cancellation fee will not be charged, and your deposit may be held for a future booking.

• In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited if the required notice is not provided and the appointment cannot be filled.

You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Refunds & Transfers

• We do not offer refunds on treatments, packages, products, or gift vouchers.

• Products and services may be exchanged or transferred to another person, where applicable.

Prepaid Packages & Programs

• Prepaid packages and programs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.

• If a prepaid program or package is changed or not completed in full, it may be transferred once. Any treatments already taken will be deducted at full individual treatment price, with the remaining balance credited for the remainder of the original validity period.

Gift Vouchers

• Promotional gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
