Wafaa’s passion for skin health & body wellness is reflected in the variety of exclusive treatments available at Cronulla Skin Sanctuary. She is driven to provide advanced treatments that provide great results without being invasive.

Wafaa specialises in advanced skin treatments, Endermologie fat & cellulite reduction, Electrolysis & Laser Tattoo Removal. The desire to provide clients with the best service & results possible means ongoing education & a regular introduction of new technology & services to evolve with the needs of clients.

Wafaa's Story

Wafaa has been in the beauty industry since 1995 and since the beginning she has been driven by the love for helping people feel better about themselves. She has always gone above & beyond to educate her clients on ways to improve their overall skin & body health.

Prior to Cronulla Skin Sanctuary, Wafaa initiated & operated 2 previous beauty salons in Engadine & Gymea. She has always had a huge client following and been dubbed a guru in her field especially for her shared knowledge & magical healing hands in massage therapy, with many of her clients dating back to over 20 years.

Wafaa opened Cronulla Skin Sanctuary in September 2005 with a great vision of creating a beauty oasis that offered all the traditional beauty/spa style treatments alongside the advanced non-invasive 'results based' treatments utilising the most advanced DMK Paramedical skincare products & treatment protocols. This has always been Cronulla skin Sanctuary’s unique point of difference, even in the beginning.

Wafaa was attracted to that particular space as it was centrally located in a great beach side suburb, yet extremely private. Within 2 years, she found a gap for providing cellulite & body shaping treatments in an area where there are lots of health & body conscious people. She knew that Endermologie would be a fantastic addition to the results based treatments as it would provide a much needed service to help these people achieve body improvements not possible with diet & exercise alone. She also introduced Laser Tattoo Removal to the menu in 2012 due to the growing need for this treatment in the area.

Wafaa is extremely dedicated to a high level of ongoing education for herself & all her staff. She is always on the lookout for new treatments that can improve her clients' results and gets great satisfaction from helping them.

Marie’s passion for the beauty industry started at a young age through her struggles with acne from 11 years old. She tried
many medications with no lasting effect and so decided to start researching deeper into the skin industry to discover what was available for the treatment of problematic skin. Once Marie was able to correct her own skin condition, she knew that she wanted to help others with their skin concerns.

Marie graduated with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2020 & since joining the team at Cronulla Skin Sanctuary, her passion is thriving with the results she’s found achievable through working with advanced skincare.

Marie’s main interests are revising and improving skin and body wellness concerns, including acne, pigmentation, scarring, reactive skin, cellulite and age management. She has a strong passion for ongoing
advanced education and strives to learn all there is to know about new advancements in technology & skin health.

Marie is a results driven therapist and dedicated to providing all her clients with a high level of care, professional
prescription and advice for their skin needs.

Casey has been in the industry since 2008, during which she spent 8 years focusing on skin correction in the paramedical beauty world. She has worked with with a very wide range of modalities and product lines within the industry and is always searching for the next best tools available to help clients reach their individual skin goals.

She started working with DMK in 2016 which not only changed her perspective on the beauty industry but helped change many of her clients’ lives. DMK’s ability to work with the internal structure of the skin, working with our body’s own biochemistry to revise the skin quality in a non-aggressive manner is truly so unique. She has been able to improve skin conditions that clients had struggled with for many years & nearly lost hope in finding answers for, something that brings Casey great satisfaction.

Casey believes in educating clients and being a part of their skin journey every step of the way. She takes great pride in helping clients understand that having great skin is a holistic approach, educating them on how their body works, their gut health, lifestyle, nutrition and the common science behind their skin to help deliver long term results.

Leonie's main goal is to impart her 30 years of industry knowledge & skills to help enhance her clients' natural beauty by inspiring their individual confidence and self love towards their complexion through advanced skincare, treatments & internal nutrition for happy, vibrant and healthy skin.
