What happens at my first appointment?
A conversation about your skin and your goals, an Observ 520 skin analysis, and a written plan to take home. The first visit page walks through the whole thing.
Do I need to know which treatment to book?
No. Book a $85 skin consultation, or the First Visit Facial if you want treatment on the same day, and let your skin decide the rest.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A deposit holds your appointment, and 48 hours notice lets it move without being lost. The full detail lives in the booking and cancellation policy.
When are you open late?
Thursdays, until 9pm, made for after-work appointments. The full opening hours are on the contact page.

How treatment plans work, and for whom.
Do you treat sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes, and carefully. Nothing is applied before your skin has been read, and treatments are chosen and dosed for what it can comfortably take.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin and your goal, which is exactly what your consultation maps out: what to treat first, roughly how long it takes, and what each stage costs.
Are the treatments non-surgical?
Yes. Everything here is non-invasive skin, laser, hair removal and body treatment. Correction without surgery is the whole point.
Do I need a consultation before advanced treatments?
For advanced treatments, yes, and it works in your favour: your plan is built on what your skin shows, not guesswork.
What should I do after a treatment?
Follow the instructions your therapist gives you on the day, and keep the aftercare guide handy for the general rules.

Yes, the retail range is open to everyone. The prescribed range is the part that needs your therapist's sign-off.
