The treatment

What is Lash lift?

A lash lift curls your natural lashes upward from the base for a wide-awake, mascara-free look.

It gives the effect of an eyelash curler that lasts for weeks, making your lashes look longer and opening up your eyes. It works with your own lashes rather than adding extensions, so there's no infill routine, and the results last for weeks with almost no daily effort.

What it helps with

Made for the concern you came in with.

Areas

Lashes

This is for you if

  • Straight or downward-growing lashes that need a lift
  • Opening up and brightening your eyes
  • A mascara-free, low-maintenance look for weeks
  • An alternative to lash extensions using your own lashes
  • Making your natural lashes look longer

Not sure which applies to you? A skin consultation maps it to a plan.

How it works

How your treatment works.

A relaxing treatment with your eyes closed throughout:

  • Your lashes are lifted onto a shaped silicone shield and set with a gentle solution, curling them upward from the base.
  • Once set, the shield is removed to reveal curled, lifted lashes.

Because it works with your own lashes rather than adding extensions, there's no infill routine and nothing to fall off, just your natural lashes looking their best.

Been here before?

You've probably already spent money on skin that didn't change.

Real skin concerns don't respond to guesswork, or to whatever machine a clinic happens to own. They respond to the right treatment, at the right depth, in the right order. That is the difference between spending on your skin and actually solving it.

Why Cronulla Skin Sanctuary

Real results and genuine care

For twenty years the Shire has trusted the Sanctuary to take the guesswork out of skin. Paramedical treatments, honest advice, and a therapist who holds your history: that is the difference between a fluffy facial and a plan that actually changes your skin.

Your first appointment

The first appointment isn't a treatment.

It's ninety minutes of working out what's actually going on, what you've already tried, and what's realistic. You leave with a plan in writing covering treatment, homecare and the order to do them in.

$85Skin consultation, about 90 minutes. Virtual consultation $60.
  1. 01

    Your skin, read properly.

A full skin analysis including imaging, plus a conversation about what you've used before and how your skin reacted.

  2. 02

You get the plan in writing.

What to treat first and why, what each stage costs, and roughly how long it takes. If you do not need a treatment yet, that is the answer.

  3. 03

    You start when you're ready.

The same therapist follows your progress and adjusts the plan as your skin responds.

The plan is yours to keep whether or not you book anything on the day.

Client review

I am a beauty therapist and educator at TAFE and would only trust my skin to the specialists at Cronulla Skin Sanctuary. Their education and training, equipment and machinery are second to none.

Before you book

The honest bit: what's normal, and when to wait.

Every skin is different. Here is what tends to happen afterwards, and the times it is worth pausing to check with your therapist first.

What's normal afterwards

A lash lift is gentle and needs no recovery time. Some people notice mild redness or slight sensitivity around the eyes straight afterwards, which settles quickly.

When to check with us first

A lash lift suits most people, but because it's close to the eye, let us know before you book if any of the following apply:

  • You've had a reaction to lash lift products before
  • You have an eye infection, conjunctivitis, a stye, or very sensitive or watery eyes
  • You've recently had eye surgery or another eye treatment
  • Your natural lashes are very short, weak or damaged
  • You wear contact lenses (you'll usually need to remove them for the treatment)
  • You're pregnant or breastfeeding and would prefer to check first

Not sure it is right for you? A consultation covers your history, your skin and your goals before anything begins.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Everything worth knowing before your appointment. Still unsure which treatment suits you? A quick consultation sorts it out.

What is a lash lift?

A lash lift curls your natural lashes upward from the base, so they look longer and your eyes look more open.

It gives the effect of an eyelash curler that lasts for weeks, using your own lashes with nothing added.

Is it like lash extensions?

No. A lift and tint works with your own natural lashes rather than adding false ones, so there's no infill routine and nothing to fall off. It's lower maintenance and lets your lashes stay their natural length.

Should I add a tint?

If your lashes are fair at the ends, a tint pairs perfectly with a lift to add definition, so you get curl and colour together. Let us know and we can book the lift and tint instead.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online any time, or call the clinic during opening hours. New to a treatment? A short skin consultation is the best place to start.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Zip is available at checkout, so you can pay over time, and our skin memberships spread the cost of a course. Packages can be used up to 12 months later.

Will I need a consultation first?

For most advanced treatments, yes. A consultation checks your skin and history so your plan is safe, and it counts toward your treatment. Browse all treatments or ask us which suits you.

Where are you and is there parking?

You will find the clinic in the heart of Cronulla, with street parking close by. Full directions and opening hours are on our contact page.
